The living area is the heart of the flat: a warm and relaxing space where the living room and dining area blend harmoniously. Here, time seems to slow down, whether you’re enjoying a quiet dinner after a day spent exploring the streets and taking the vaporetto, having a cup of coffee in the morning, or spending a few hours working at your computer whilst soaking up the Venetian atmosphere. The sofa bed adds flexibility to the space without compromising on comfort.

The kitchenette, separated by a sliding door, is practical and functional for everyday life. The inclusion of an oven, a dishwasher and an extendable table makes the flat perfect even for longer stays, allowing you to experience Venice with ease and independence.

The double bedroom exudes intimacy and tranquillity. The large wardrobe, dedicated desk and views of the surrounding Venetian houses create a cosy and private space, ideal both for rest and for those needing moments of concentration and remote working. To get to the flat, you have to climb 68 steps; it’s on the fourth floor and there’s no lift.

Keys will be handed over in person by one of our team members; therefore, it is necessary to arrange a check-in appointment in advance.

In accordance with current Italian legislation governing short-term rentals, your booking is subject to the signing of a tenancy agreement between the parties. The agreement will be sent to you in advance and must be returned, duly signed, before you can access the apartment. If the agreement is not signed, it will not be possible to proceed with check-in.
