Welcome to Aida, a cozy one-bedroom apartment for temporary stays, located inside Villa Mainard, an elegant renovated 1930s residence in the residential district of San Massimo, Verona. Bright and functional, it is ideal for work, smart working, or temporary relocations. It can host up to 4 guests and offers private parking, elevator, and comfortable interiors, in a quiet area well connected to the historic center and train station.

In this cosy accommodation, designed for medium- to long-term stays, you can enjoy the convenience of simple, hassle-free management: no utility bills to pay, no final adjustments to wait for, and an all-inclusive rent that allows you to enjoy Verona with peace of mind, focusing solely on your experience in the city, without any administrative hassle!

The apartment, measuring approximately 53 square metres, accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises a bright living area with windows overlooking the internal garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed (which can also be converted into two single beds). The bedroom features a large 180x200cm double bed, wardrobes and storage space, whilst the en-suite bathroom has a window.

The rooms are functional, well-maintained and designed for long-term stays, with everything needed to enjoy daily life in a practical and relaxed manner.

One of the property’s key features is its dual access: via the main building entrance or via a separate entrance from the internal garden, which is particularly convenient for those seeking greater privacy or with accessibility needs.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guests in the building, located in a shared laundry area.

Keys will be handed over in person by one of our team members; therefore, it is necessary to arrange a check-in appointment in advance.

In accordance with current Italian legislation governing short-term rentals, your booking is subject to the signing of a tenancy agreement between the parties. The agreement will be sent to you in advance and must be returned, duly signed, before you can access the apartment. If the agreement is not signed, it will not be possible to proceed with check-in.
